Unfortunately, our time there was marred by persistent issues. The apartment itself was infested with roaches, creating a constant nuisance. Additionally, the noise from inconsiderate neighbors made it difficult to enjoy any peace and quiet. Furthermore, despite having a parking sticker, there was still a risk of our car being towed, adding unnecessary stress. Overall, these factors significantly detracted from our quality of life during our stay at Millennium MetroWest

Things got a lot worse after my last review about the Millennium Metrowest. I have seen a lot of drug use, non-residents accessing areas restricted to residents, pool parties that go on into the early hours, in short, a mess, unsafe, an environment not suitable for families. Do not consider this condominium if you want to rent a property in Orlando. I myself already have plans to leave this condominium.

I just want to say this has been one of the best places Ive ever moved into. The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating. The maintenance crew are on top of everything always. Its safe here, quiet for the most part (some of my neighbors like to hang out in their garage late on the weekend but not so big a deal). The convenience of everything around, the greenery. Im grateful to have lived here during my Orlando experience, so sad were leaving but thank you for taking care of Kyle and I! You are all so lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone to live. They will really take care of you here. Not to mention all the great events they hold for the community and their upkeep on the property. I have nothing but positive things to say. Dont hesitate if your thinking about moving here, just do it!

Cockroaches everywhere here run!! My wife and I moved into this building thinking that since it was brand new there would be no pests, especially never imagined there would be cockroaches everywhere! We had to evacuate and break our lease in order to leave for our safety and Millennium Metro West is refusing to refund our two months of rent or any compensation whatsoever for that matter. Their law firm Barfield, McCain, Ayoub P.A. contacted me and my wife directly and sent us a nasty letter knowing fairly well I had a lawyer or representing me! This is unethical and prohibited under Florida state bar rules. Heres the videos and pictures of the cockroaches which all are time stamped and geo located! They also say you are late on rent if you dont pay your utilities all at the same time before your rent payment is due. Staff are nice but are not good at compensating those who have very good reasons for it or their company just wont let them do it unfortunately. Your apartment could be full of cockroaches so I would look somewhere else to live because they wont even let you get out of your lease for it and will try and make you pay to leave like theyre trying to do to us!
