Where do I start Maybe where it matters the most. The front office. There is 0 form of communication with the front office including the shameful management team. Our AC went out, took a week to even get maintenance inside our unit to not even fix it. It required us to call every day to receive service, every time they told us a day theyd fix it, they lied. Now, our shower has mold on the grout that needs to be replaced. We were promised a day to fix it, we are now approaching a week of no feedback or communication. My wife and I give up on things being broken all over the complex, all the time. Trash all over the place, constant leaks and poor construction with 0 work ethic the staff has leaves us to terminate our lease soon. For all the new comers moving to Lake Nona, there are plenty of other options for you and your family. Dont pay an arm and a leg to be treated the way my wife and I do.

The gym is constantly being bombarded with people blasting speakers inside. It is the main reason we are moving. TRASHY

2 months have passed never received deposit back. Communication is nonexistent, broken promises and no resolution.

You pay for amenities that dont live up to their cost and trouble (mailroom, trash valet, etc). Im not sure why I have to call and visit the office multiple times for maintenance requests over the past 2 years. Every time you call the front desk or visit you have to reiterate issues that have been in the request system (or closed out without even a visit to the apt). The latest irritation is simply lack of care from the front office. Ive had to call the front desk 3 times throughout the day since my AC broke Tuesday (before hurricane Ian even got to Orlando). They claimed they had to wait for it to dry and out and when I called at the end of the day AGAIN for someone to come before the weekend they realized they had to order parts for replacement which now wont even be ordered till next week since they came after 5pm on a Friday.
