The Canopy Apartment Villas

The woman I just spoke to on the phone about the prices quoted to me was the rudest management I have come across in my apartment search of more than 10 apartments. Regardless of the prices quoted to me and the dates, that is in no way the way to treat someone who is interested in applying to your apartment complex. She was rude, indignant after I shared multiple times I understood what she was saying, and showed no regard or respect to me as a potential tenant. I hung up the phone furious. They have only a paper applications available and you have to call the office to find out the actual price cause they're not listed online. She needs a major attitude change, what was even the point?!

Unfortunately we live right behind the pool in the back of the community, & even though is says residents only, its a public pool. Theres parties every weekend at that pool that last all day until late hours at night, with people smoking, blasting loud music, screaming, dogs that bark all night (even though no animals are allowed in there) & its hard to even find parking because all the nonresidents are taking it up. Cant even use the pool cause its too crowded, cant take kids cause of people smoking & drinking. Management does absolutely nothing about this, allowing this to go on all the time. All they will do is send an email out every once in awhile but thats it. They dont enforce any rules. Its completely ridiculous & feels like theres a party in my backyard all the time, making it a bit uncomfortable to live here.

I started the leasing and move-in processes for a B1.5 floor plan a few months ago and The Canopy Apartment Villas management team of Mr. Joel, Mrs. Kimberley, Mr. Frankie, and Mrs. Debra were attentive to my needs and appropriately communicative of the process' schedule and pre/post-requisites. I'm pleased to have moved in a week ago and ecstatic about the residence and community! Shortly after move-in, The Canopy's management team additionally helped me get set up with the ActiveBuilding application, which is a breeze to navigate and utilize. While the un-packing and organizing is taking me more time than I anticipated, I look forward to everything Canopy and Orlando - thank you, Lincoln Properties and The Canopy!

Recently visited my cousins place in The Canopy Apartments and the strangest thing he has 2 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 sinks and 1 toilet how ridiculous is that and they are charging $2000 per month. You would be better off going somewhere where they dont gip you on the rent versus false advertising 2 bed 2 bath.
