The Park at Highgate Apartments

My experience here was awesome ever since Briannie the new property manager has started with the property I've seen so many positive changes the property is always clean and stylish!! I lived here for over 2 years. Briannie is polite, very organized, very informative detailed- oriented as a whole. She has always been quick to respond and trustworthy. The atmosphere inside the leasing office has became so welcoming!!! I honestly really love how dedicated she is to our community and its safety. She has great customer service I would recommend her unreservedly!!!!

I lived here for two years and since I been here I have always great service from the landlord Briannie property manager she the true empire of this company always pleasant sweet spirit and goes above and beyond to help her tenants, truly an angel above thanks for all your help.

First impression is everything. My first impression of this place was not good. I went to apply for an apt and everyone walked passed me like I wasn't even there. Then Mr. Johnson came and said good afternoon mam is anyone assisting you and from there I felt like ok this can work. He's been super helpful and makes sure to communicate with you and provide accurate information. The Park at High Gate can either be a great experience or a terrible one. Depends on who tends to you. Mr. Johnson is the friendliest most professional and hard working individual I've ever met at a apt office. I appreciate the fact that this man even personally cleaned the toilet in my apt because he felt like it wasn't clean enough. Now that's going above and beyond, which not too many ppl are willing to do these days. I applaud him for treating me the way he would want to be treated and ensuring that my place was ready and in top shape at the time of move in. Thanks much

Ive tried calling for availability and it seems like no one wants to answer its so hard to find a place when no one is answering the phone.

I love the maintenance crew. Sent my request and spoke with them, came same day and fixed EVERYTHING. You can really see their work ethic. Good job boys! Thank you!!
