Valencia Park Apartments

All i could say is WOW. I have been working in property Management for 10 plus years and NEVER have i ever come across a Manager be rude to another fellow Community Manager from a different company. I called to get a monthly report from them that literally take less than a minute & Steven was super rude said his time is precious and he doesn't have time for one question, maybe next week. His leasing consultant Jaz sounds like she just woke up and was super annoyed she had to pick up the phone. you could tell my call was an inconvenience which I apologize but woah If I was a shopper. ZERO! Just know its small world in property management && you just never know who WE know.

If you're thinking of moving here after June 2020, I strongly recommend you do not. The apartment complex has removed all carpets from the second floor apartments and has refused to put in any sound proofing. You can hear everything the neighbors above you do. You can hear them talk, walk, be intimate. God help you if your upstairs neighbors have kids. We've been complaining for months but the apartment says the cost savings are worth our misery. So I'm warning you, find somewhere else. You are going to be in for a special hell, whether you live on the first or second floor.

I am very happy with the Management that took over McCormack & Baron. Jennifer the apartment manager is very professional and pleasant. Good job Management, keep up the great work! 😊
