        Choose another builder, and whatever you do, dont use their mortgage company RMC. Thanks to them, I'm stuck with a higher interest rate

        Went there on a Wednesday during office hours to discuss building a home as a pre qualified buyer. The woman there was rude and unhelpful. She acted like I needed an appointment when the sign says that they are open for walk-ins. I will find a different builder.
