        If you live here, be prepared for ever-increasing HOA fees for absolutely nothing. Garbage everywhere, no maintenance, speeders 24-7, and a guy who races his motorcycle in the neighborhood all the time Don't even get me started on the shoddy houses.

        The grounds are dirty and the people who live here are not neighborly at all. There is a very bad traffic problem in the neighborhood because people use it as a shortcut from veterans to enterprise

        Very poorly constructed, cheaply made homes. Poorly maintained common areas. Trees that aren't pruned with dead branches hanging low, messy, unkempt trails with dead plants, garbage on sidewalks, people smoking pot at the polo at night.

        PLEASE STAY AWAY ********** They will be selling phase 2. Please do not buy. Expensive HOA with no return. A walking trail that is covered with grass and weeds, a pool that always has the neighboring apartments swimming in not the residents who pay the fees for. Plenty of other locations with better HOA than the robbery that is charged here.
