Great place for new home buyers, small but quite neighborhood in addition its about 5 minutes from I-4 and many other shopping plazas within minutes from Shadow Ridge, if your looking for a new home I highly recommend this pretty little neighborhood.

When you pay almost $300000 for your home and your builder tells you that the reason your power blinks and cuts off is that half the power comes from Tampa 1/2 from Melbourne you know something is wrong we have an energy plant right here. Ourlights dim every time the airconditioner comes on . Randomly the power goes out on one side of the house and throws the breaker even if it's 2:00 in the morning when nothing is on and we're trying to sleep the excuse there is we have too much plugged in in other words we have a cheap electric company that doesn't know how to install proper wiring in the home. We have to pay $300 to have a compressor put inside our air conditioner unit to help it when it comes on because they bought the lowest possible line unit for the home and had the nerve to buy a filter that nobody carries except their air conditioner company and ironically the people the do the electrical and air condition AM seemed to have the same family name and a connection Somehow that seems a little bit of a conundrum because one hand is protecting the other and were the victims of nepotism. Then when you want in,here was grit all over our tile and I am supposed to believe that my 11 LB service dog brings that in when she goes outside however she doesn't go through sand and dirt and definitely could not cover an entire home with grit. We have since found out that they don't seal the grout and there is too much water that has been put on it but they're not going to fix it they let us clean it but that does not fix the problem. The closet doors are not hung right so the ones that are supposed to be on a track are not . the windows were not sealed right so we had to hire someone to put material around the any corner they could caught they sure did. Structurally house is strong they just hire incompetent fools to do the finish inside at the cheapest possible rate and leave it up to you to argue with them during your warranty. So that they will finally say oh you're out of warranty it's your problem. I honestly feel that my house will stand forever however the amount of money we have to put in to replace the dead grass they planted by throwing sod, never rolling it out or feeding it telling us to just water it, while the city will not let us water enough to bring it back and their answer is wait for the rainy season it will grow well is not how you want your home to be. Ithink the fact that I am told are electrical issue is that our TV and DVR are drawing too much power is about as bigger crock of well you know what I'm saying so all I can say is buyer be warned. I'm stuck in this home for the rest of my life and will be paying for their shortcuts until I die
