        I had made a reservation for another location but they did not have a vehicle available for me and directed me to this location. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and swiftness that was provided by Fifi and Tarik. I was taken care of immediately and was in and out within 15 minutes. I have just made an additional reservation for next month and will continue to use this location for the rest of my rental needs.

        The rental was GREAT! And the AGENTS were AWESOME picking up and returning the vehicle! Even though someone hit the vehicle while it parked at the St. Lucie Turnpike Plaza. The man made me feel not so concerned about it. He was very comforting. Enterprise ROCK!!!

        The poorest customer service Ive received thus far. Employees are not knowledgeable of their duties and are always having lunch while dealing with customers. Employee Vanesia Rock is very hostile and makes mistake very often, no way shes an assistant manager. Not capable of handling business properly.
