All 3 of my boys have been patients here. They are always extremely thorough. Office is great about getting my kids seen asap whenever needed. Great office!

My two oldest children had been patients at this practice for five years. They wouldn't accept my youngest at the practice because of a standing policy under which they do not accept newborns born at the birth center in that same plaza. I recently called to make an annual physical and the receptionist told me that because we hadn't been seen since 2022 we were inactive and they had reached out to have us make an appointment. I went through call logs, emails and my patient portal but couldn't find any communication. I asked if we could possibly get in and the receptionist literally laughed and said no. So after five years we are forced to find a new practice.

Being a first time mother is truly hard putting the trust of your childs care. I absolutely love Dr. Najm and all who work for her. They are kind, patient, caring , and always ensure to see my child when sick the same day. It is truly amazing seeing how much they care for all their patients. I know I chose the right pediatrician without a doubt! If an emergency ever happens Dr. Najm is there following up and ensuring things are getting done the right way. You cant go wrong with her!!

When I was searching for a pediatrician for my unborn son they put me on a waitlist and said theyd call me. They called me about a week later and said they had a space for my son. Then they rejected me outright and said they couldnt take my son as a client because I was giving birth outside of a hospital. I was planning to give birth at The Birth Center under the care of a highly reputed licensed midwife. I called back for clarification because I just couldnt believe Id heard them right. They confirmed their policy is to discriminate against babies born outside of the hospital. When I asked why they said because we need to make sure your baby gets all the right tests and natural birth is just unsafe. WHAT!! Midwives do all the same required testing that hospitals do in the state of FL, so this explanation makes no sense. And birth IS natural, not a medical condition or disease thats unsafe. Clearly there is some medicalist elitist nonsense going on here. I get the sense I dodged a bullet by not becoming a patient here.
