If I had another choice I would go elsewhere. The Doctors are fine but the office staff is a nightmare to deal with.

The doctors office here is a joke!!! I went in for a physical, that I was FORCED to get to reestablish with the doctor, Dr. Ernst by the way and the office she works in/for. Because I mentioned, not seeking guidance or anything about this, MENTIONED something outside of the visit I got billed for two office visits, one being the physical and the other for a separate office visit. Just for MENTIONING something outside of the physical in conversation. Then I went back two days later, again because I was told I HAD to as part of the physical, for a follow up to review the blood work from the physical and was billed AGAIN for another office visit even though I was told it was all part of the physical. So I was billed for a total of three separate visits and my insurance only covered one, the actual physical. So now I am facing a bill I was basically forced into getting because of the sleezy practices of this office. They don't know what they're doing, none of the receptionist staff knew what the hell was going on with the situation, and I was told multiple different things from multiple people who worked there. I am now in a financial bind because of these idiotic people. They are all a bunch of crooks and liars. Do yourselves a favor and find another doctors office. Dont waste your breath on these people, these crooks and liars. All they want to do is take your money. DONT GO HERE!!!!! I would rate 0 stars if that were an option.
