Homepatible did an excellent job of modernizing my HVAC system. It isnt very often that the business owner is the one working with you to help you find the right solution. In this case, I got to work with Matthew and he helped me understand why I should be upgrading to a smart thermostat and HVAC system. He showed me the analysis of how this type of system will lower my energy costs over time. Honestly, it was a no brainer. I recently had the pleasure of using the HVAC services provided by Homepatible, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, every aspect of their service was top-notch. We had two A/C units that were still running but were not keeping up with the demand as the summer heat was setting in. Homepatible came out and told us how we could get the units running better with some servicing. Our units were 15 years old and we wanted to explore replacing the units. At that time they explained and laid out the return on investment to purchase new HVAC units. In the end, the decision was ours and we opted for replacing our systems. We couldn't have asked to be connected with a better contractor given our circumstance. Firstly, their customer service was outstanding. The team, especially Chris, was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. They patiently listened to my concerns and provided valuable insights and suggestions to ensure that I was making the right choices for my HVAC system. They were also very responsive to my inquiries and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you haven't replaced an HVAC system recently, the cost of HVAC units has drastically increased. Be prepared for sticker shock with any contractor. Homepatible had an impressive amount of financing options including an attractive lease program. All of this was laid out in a zero-pressure setting with full transparency. We went through the pros and cons of the many different HVAC systems available today. They took the time to explain the return on investment for each versus the risks of limping our existing units along. We arrived at the decision, at our discretion, that we were at a threshold where it was in our best financial interest to replace the units. I must say they did deliver, and our electrical utility bill did decrease the substantial amount we were told. When it came to the installation, the technicians demonstrated exceptional expertise. They arrived on time and were well-prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. Their attention to detail was commendable, as they meticulously installed and calibrated the system to ensure optimal performance. The installation process was completed efficiently, and they left the work area clean. Homepatible even made some improvements that were overlooked from the original installation of our HVAC system and ductwork. Our installation also included new Google Nest thermostats that we can control from anywhere through Wi-Fi. The units recommended by Homepatible are energy-efficient, and I have already noticed a significant decrease in my energy bills. The temperature control is without drastic swings, we can feel a significant decrease in the humidity in the house, and the system operates quietly, providing a notable difference from how my house was before. The follow-up service provided by Homepatible was remarkable. They scheduled a post-installation inspection to ensure that everything was functioning perfectly. They took the time to explain how to properly maintain the system and offered helpful tips for maximizing its efficiency and longevity. Ultimately, we ended up contracting Homepatible to come out every spring and fall to perform maintenance and cleaning of our HVAC system for the foreseeable future. The price point and financial return for a maintenance program really made a lot of sense. It was something that I never gave much thought to before- to perform maintenance on our HVAC units. My old units may have lasted longer and could have been running more efficiently if I would have known to maintain our units. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the HVAC services provided by Homepatible. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. When we are ready to make the leap to a household security system and a few smart home features, we will be using Homepatible without a doubt.
