These plumbers do an average job. Their charges are the highest around. They charge $159.00 just to come to your house. Their other charges and rates are the highest around. There are a lot of plumbers less expensive and do equal or better work.

When I was told how much they charge I said ok, not knowing how much other plumbers charge. After getting rates from other highly rated plumber companies I found out I was charged 50% more than I should have been. They did good work but definitely shop for a better price.

Excellent service! Mid-Summer and air went out. I called four different companies and Jackson Total Service delivered. Mizael, technician was here in less than two-hours! By the way, when you call Jackson, you actually get the chance to talk to a human being. Trish was on it! Work was done on time and Mizael was a total professional. Very pleased with this company! We had sparks from our electrical panel on a Sunday. Paul responded and had an electrician there in less than an hour. Jeff was knowledgeable, efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. All this a week and a half after Ian. Highly recommend Service: Electrical panel repair

Less than 1 star.  I called for an ESTIMATE. The job was a simple replacement of an outdoor outlet from 2 prong plug to 4.   He came and told me it was very complicated and was going to cost around $850.  I said it seemed excessive, and I was going to get another estimate.  I had another master electrician do the job the next day for $150.   Then Jackson had the nerve to charge me for a service call when no service was rendered.  Totally unethical as well as a rip off.  Use Coastal electric.
