I called the store for the very first time.Spoke with Erin,a very nice lady,and I explained to her what I needed,a 9"x 9" piece of glass from a table top that I had accidentally tipped over.I arrived at the store with a matching piece at 2:10 pm knowing they were closing at 2:30pm,thinking that I would drop it off with instructions regarding a new piece cut,and then returning to the store when it was ready to be picked up.She asked me to wait and proceeded to have the piece cut while I waited.
The glass piece was handed to me no charge shortly after.
Southwest Glass and Mirror went above and beyond. Such great customer service,and I will not hesitate to promote them.
Thank you so much Erin Smith and company for all that you do, you really are

I went to Southwest Glass & Mirror after calling first. I wanted them to cut a few inches off each side of a piece of glass I had so it would inset into a recessed table top. I was greeted immediately and taken care of immediately. My glass was tempered and could not be cut. I was asked if Id like to have a piece of their glass cut to the desired size. I agreed and decided to have them dispose of my glass. The glass fit perfectly on my table. The staff was super friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them for any glass or mirror needs I have in the future. Pat H

This company is as good as it gets for customer relations and how willing they are to accommodate the customer. We had a table top to be cut down and they had us come right in and they did it immediately and for a very fair price. This is about the 3rd or 4th time dealing with them and every time had been a joy. Mike is great!
