I’ve been using Jann for my framing for many years. From hard to frame items to my families photographs, I trust that it will be done perfectly.The quality of work her store has continued to put out has been great.
The last time I went in to see her I explained that I was looking for small piece of artwork.
When I left not only did I have what I wanted but she also helped me pick out a new color for my bedroom.
She has a talent and an eye for design .

The best in quality of frames and workmanship. I take all my personal and clients work there. From 10k pieces to a pieces under a $100.00. Jan, the owner is extremely good at her job, very easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her and I have used a lot others in town with not such good results, and her pricing is much better!

Bad experience from beginning to end. With so many other framing options in Naples, no need to waste time here. From the initial contact with the grumpy, old employee who was put out because the owner left him alone for a week during a vacation, to the lack of knowledge (or at least unwillingness to offer input during the order process), the framing job took twice as long as originally quoted and then one of the pieces was visibly crooked. When I pointed it out to the less-than-helpful woman who was there when I finally picked it up, she tried to gaslight me into believing it was an optical illusion. Using the tape measure that was on the table a few feet from her, I proved her wrong. She didn’t offer to fix it, but when I inquired, she reluctantly said, “yeah, but it won’t be until next week.” I declined, reminding her that they had already had them long enough.
In summary: Rude, over priced, and no responsibility for their work or their own deadlines. Avoid.
