I highly recommend this company - I called Naples Glass and Mirror LLC after purchasing a mirror off Facebook marketplace - the mirror I bought was damaged on the edges (had lost its shine) and had tough glue stuck on the back. The owner reassured me that they could fix these cosmetic concerns, even gave me her cell phone number, asked for pictures, answered my questions, AND arranged to meet me before normal work hours to accommodate my schedule. The employees there were FAST, and great at what they do... They fixed my mirror, which now looks brand new, for $50. And they even gave me a cup of coffee at 8:30 am.
