Oh my. I know heres reviews are high, and I was thinking maybe coz this branch is new or promotion stuffs or the employee left the high review. Actually I met Maria in-person today to open my new bank account.
She is so nice. Another lady working there is also nice. They care about all the details. What has been fifth third bank doing? 5/3 bank has been growing with this huge ambition?
Anyway, its my first time to leave a review on google map. Maria deserves my first review. She works so hard and takes care of me, making sure I understand what she said and ensuring Im comfortable staying in her office. Maria should lead 5/3 bank

Don't write much but this is a so deserved review, for the excellent service received. Ms. Maria Michalup went the extra mile hardly seen in customer service these days.
I have 3 branches closer to where I work but base on it's 5 star reviews, I decided to drive further away and it was worthy.
I was driving with a client and on the way to the branch, he asked me why I was driving further when we had closer branches...I told him I was "following the stars", I joked...After witnessing the service received he said "Now I understand".
PS: Thanks to those who posted the previous reviews, that led me to this branch. Great recommendation!

I love this bank. Not good signage, but the lobby is fresh, modern and inviting. Very calm and welcoming unlike most banks. The tellers were friendly, professional and very patient (Having an elderly parent that has become very important)

Very nice contemporary branch with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Much more comfortable space than the large empty branches!
