Awesome! Fast friendly and honest service. l phoned them first thing in the morning, because my A/C stopped working the night before. They took down my information and informed me that one of their service techs was in the area and that he would call me when he was on his way. Within no time at all he phoned me and said that he would be arriving in just a few minutes. When he arrived, he began work right away. Within 10 minutes or so, he determined the problem, gave me a quote and fixed my system. He did not try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary items, services, or extras. He was was just kind, honest and straight forward. Thank you!

Absolutely recommend! I'm picky about hiring services- especially when it comes to price and communication- and will go to ICR Services now every time. Super easy to work with, accommodating, and straightforward. Technician took the time to listened to what I had to say and answer my questions. He was very willing to work with my schedule and replaced my furnace promptly. Very reasonably priced! Service call costs are a little less than all the others l checked and repair/installation costs are substantially less. was only charged for the work that remedied the problem(a replacement valve I had them install was not the solution and I was not charged for the part or labor). Final cost was exactly as quoted, even when they replaced the thermostat, which was not part of the installation. New system works well and l no longer have to spend time shopping for this kind of service when needed! Win/Win!
