        Switching carriers and learning to use a new phone definitely requires a learning curve. I have been back to the AT&T store a couple of times seeking assistance. The staff have always been professional and helpful. They have managed to resolve my issues, most of which are operator error! :-) Special thanks to Greg for being so patient with me and resolving the issues I was having and helping me get my phone set up
