Customer service.what is that? The store manager chose not to help me unlock a phone. I know the stores dont have authority to do certain functions. She told me to call customer care. Once I talked to customer care, they said that she shouldve called while I was there and took care of it then. Thats a shame.

I went to the t mobile on 441 in mt Dora across from Walmart to get a new phone and service. I live near black bear kind of rural, so I asked the lady if they had service there, she assured me they did. I even jokingly asked her to Promiss she did. So bought a new phone went home and you guessed it. it didn't work so I went back to the store, and they charged me a 40 dollar re stocking fee I said it's a very small box I will put it back on the shelf for you. keep in mind used once and didn't work original box never even charged perfect phone. Talked to manager Padro he said nothing he could do. I feel I was lied to than ripped off. had a hard time coumacating with everyone there no one speaks English well. save your time and money and go somewhere else

Colton and Veronica were great and helped me with all my needs. I will definitely do my future T-Mobile business here

I cant say enough about the AWESOME customer service received at this location! Veronica was outstanding, but all the others (Colton,etc) were great as well. Thanks for all you do!
