If I could give these guys 10 stars for their professionalism and commitment to get the job done on time and done right I would. I needed my hot tub completely drained, cleaned, & filled and these guys came out on the same day I called them. Its the first time I ever called to request service and they arrived within just 2 hours. When I spoke to Jose he told me that my home wasn't exactly located within his service area but I explained my situation and he was willing to work with me. Jose I truly appreciate you and I want you to know that our hot tub looks better than ever; Ive never seen it look so clean! Thanks a million!! We had JB Pool and Spa Inc. install a brand new water heater at our business. The owner of the company is very responsive and picks up the phone every time I called. If he could not pick up, then he responds to text messages. The work done was professional and reliable. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend it.
