NEVER EVER contract them if you expect a minimum of professionalism, or deal with honest people:
-i contracted and paid a deposit in 04/22 for a pool refinishing + coping to be performed before june.
-said in august it was going to be done soon, and asked tiles to be sent to their cutting contractor; done immediately.
- I had to go in november to the tile cutting contractor to learn nobody ever came to order them to do anything and wondered what to do with this tile pallet.
- I had to go 2 x to the home of the owner ( which i coincidently found) as nobody was ever answering emails, or calls, to ask for the worked to be done. Finally performed end january 23.
- they never reimbursed me for the overpayment of the tiles they included in the quote but that I supplied. Guess what : they do not return emails or calls.

PLEAAAAASE! PLEASE. Don't ignore the bad comments here like I did. Don't hire this company. They are NOT reliable. As people are saying , at first Fredy looks great and very attentive. Once I signed the contract and deposited 15% of the entire pool , he told me I had to do a soil test and because of that , the cost of the pool would Double- getting completely out of my budget- If he is "the expert", why this soil test was NEVER mentioned BEFORE he took my money? It was no surprise that they never returned my calls and kept my money WITHOUT building my POOL. I am now suing them after more than 1 year and countless emails and phone calls trying to resolve this issue with no success. Please save yourself from this BIG HEADACHE> DO NOT HIRE THEM

The worst company I ever dealt with in 30 years living in Miami. Do not hire this company. They take your money and youll never hear from them again. They are liars and scammers in my opinion.

Really wish it didnt have to come down to a negative review as I love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately, this business failed to hold their world and failed to respond to any communication since. We are in the final stages of our pool building process, and no one has showed up in weeks. Any possibility of delay described in our contract with them does not apply. We are now in a 2 MONTH DELAY, without ANY reason at all. We are not awaiting anything from the city, subcontractors, weather conditions, nothing. Just National Pool Design themselves. Our only communication with them results in everyone in the company blaming each other, pointed fingers, untruthful hope just so that we can shut our mouths and we can get off their case until the next week, and breach to the guarantee they made us. This is far from a professional company.
