Swimming Pools of Florida guided me through the entire process of designing and building my pool in Miami. They helped me through every step and kept me informed of what was happening daily. I am very pleased with the final product and high recommend working with this honest, fantastic company. Get ready to be amazed by the final product! The entire process with Swimming Pools of Florida was amazing! Adolfo Quintero was our sales rep and he was SUPER attentive and responsive from the beginning. He even provided a free rendering of what our dream pool would look like. He spent HOURS, maybe totaling days of work, without any obligation. After agreeing on pricing and closing the deal, Julio Mecias took over as Project Manager/Contractor and he was truly incredible. He would always be available to answer any questions we had or solve any minor issues that came our way. Same can be said for Nataly. Any question we had, they were just a phone call or text message away. They really hold your hand through the entire process. Any minor issue was resolved as quickly as possible with the utmost attention. We really felt at ease with the team. The only small thing I would say is that it took a bit longer than I expected, but not longer than they had mentioned it would take. Sometimes we wouldn't see workers for weeks but it was due to materials or waiting on inspection. Honestly, I am extremely happy I ended up choosing Swimming Pools of Florida and I highly recommend them! A huge thanks to the team who helped me build my dream pool.
