    Can I also leave zero stars?? I mean, I can see that the employees at the UPS store are pretty much rude, nasty and extremely unprofessional to most of their customers. The time I went there, I thought it was against me. Guess not. My experience there was with a young girl that also acted like she was a twelve year old, she was giving me such a hard time with a QR code shipping label, that I asked for my package back and shipped it out at another UPS store. This store has to be THE worst UPS store I have even been to. The entire store and all of its employees just have this really negative energy about them and it. Go anywhere else!

    Can I give negative stars? I scheduled and received a confirmation for an appointment to have my very simple will notarized. When I arrived. Frank was extremely rude, saying that he didnt like to do wills in general and that he didnt have anybody available until 11 anyway. When I questioned why I received a confirmation notice, he said that wasnt his fault and tried to rationalize with, Well, what if I died today you wouldnt have been able to get your will notarized? Thats the most ridiculous, juvenile argument Ive ever heard. Frank was combative, dismissive, and all around unprofessional, raising his voice in an effort to silence me. He was defensive from his opening comments and clearly does not like his job. I am very disturbed that this location advertised notary service, and that I went to the trouble to schedule the appointment online only to be greeted be by some irritated, unhappy man who is not only unprepared to render the services, but is clearly unwilling to do so due to liability issues. Ridiculous. I felt as if I were arguing with a toddler who had done something wrong, but was trying to avoid responsibility. Im going to the UPS by the U of M and will NEVER come here again. Why would I patronize a business with such an obnoxious reception? . Oh, I wanted to add that Frank said that if I leave a negative review, I will make him look bad, a childish comment. He should be held responsible for his behavior.
