David B at UPS #6662 in Vero Beach was so helpful to us. He was knowledgeable kind and patient. He is definitely an asset to the UPS Store chain. Would recommend him ti anybody needing g shipping help!

Worst customer service, guy wanted to charge me $1.07 for a strip of tape to seal my box which was a return to Amazon. I have never paid. All Amazon asks you to take the old lable off. The person at the counter should have gladly put on the 18 inches of tape after I waited 20 minutes in a long line. Tape is not that expensive to be charging $1.07 for 18" your greed cost you a customer and bad feedback. Even if you have to seal every package that comes in. You write it off at the end of the year on your taxes anyway. Poor customer service and management.Worst customer service, guy wanted to charge me $1.07 for a strip of tape to seal my box which was a return to Amazon. I have never paid. Kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, customer focused attention with J adding a kind spice with his wit to every experience.
I am a timeshare visitor yet they made me feel like a regular for Notary, banner on 24-hr notice, and Amazon return. Amazing support from all the staff.
