        Walked in around 1:40 pm. The two gentlemen were welcoming. I needed to send a package back to Amazon and a letter as well. Very fast and easy. I was a little taken aback because Im not used to clean, fast, easy customer service anymore. Very pleased. The location was clean as well. Thanks, guys!

        Worst service ever they lost my package the representative who was in the store he didnt know anything they dont even trained him properly he told me he couldnt do a loss report only the manager and she was obviously not there I pay $70 for overnight envelope and they can even give me an answer where is it bad business dont use this store they will lose your package And UPS need to start training better they staff at least so they could do a simple loss report and not wait for a manager they dont wanna do anything find a different store so you can save a headache Bad business horrible service unprofessional staff shame on them
