    I SENT TWO 42 pound BOXES with important documents and a lot of clothes and shoes and only one arrived I LOST A BOX THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME OPEN AN INVESTIGATION TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THIEVES!!!! Be careful

    Scammers. I was told by Amazon that I may bring my packages without any packaging whats so ever, even other nearby UPS I go to with this policy take my item and bag in their own bags or boxes. The owner told me that I have to pay for expensive shipping of each item. A shipping that was close to 40% of the cost of the super light items. I showed him the app stating no boxes of any kind required, and instead of explaining that he was not given shipping fees credits from Amazon, he just screamed at me and told me I can go somewhere else if they take my items without paying packaging. He screamed at me in front of other clients. Super disrespectful. I am going out of my way to go to far ther UPS stores just because of that man.

    The two older adults that work here are incredibly rude. This is my 3rd time coming here because its only a few minutes away from my home, but at this point I rather drive 30 minutes to another postal service location. There is no communication or even basic customer service. I would never step foot at this location again unless I want to be treated like garbage.
