I will go to social media, and do everything I can after a good experience buy a Florida Lennar Home (still own), a nightmare experience with Indiana team, enough to probably never own another Lennar home. For some reason the Sales Manager, and the Sales consultant acted liked they wanted the deal to be canceled, after I rejected an interior designer referred by Sales consultant and got worse after appraisal (higher than sales price) like they wanted the deal to go south. Sales manager horrible, bad attitude with sales consultant even worse. Tried everything to jeopardize the deal even pulling off incentives promised when PA was signed (3% cash incentives + 3% closing cost incentives) in a $565,000 home. Briefly below the horror show that Lennar Indiana has done: Pulling deals off (closing and cash incentives) after negotiation is rolling, without any notice, only when is closing. Reluctant to sent closing statements, threatening to cancel the deal instead of explaining and discussing pacifically. Also they kept the realtor in the dark all the time. The deal took long because LENNAR Mortgage said we have many products, you will for sure fit in one of them so I invested the cash on hand, for at the end have a call from them saying we have never closed through bank statement loan. Total joke. Then when I was trying to fix the lack of help with the lender, I receive a call from New Home Sales Consultant Indianapolis saying you do not run the show, your lender does not run the show, I and we (LENNAR) run the show. I still do not understand the reason of such arrogance from Sales team with a RECURRING customer. I am never a jackass, arrogant or threat people. However, in elegance, I know how to get my rights and corrections In wrongdoings against me. This is a horrible experience, and completely different experience than we have in Florida. LENNAR soon will face many backlash in reputation due this departments behavior.
