My family and I have been going to Suarez Optical since 2015. Dr. Vasquez is a professional physician and explains everything in detail. His staff is well trained and very polite. This past visit I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment and they gladly took me right in. Ive never had a bad experience at Suarez Optical. I would recommend Dr, Vazquez and his elite team any day.

I've been a loyal customer at this optical for years, and I can't speak highly enough about the staff and environment. I dont like having to give a really bad review especially since this place is local for me in my neighborhood and they treated me for abrasion once but given the circumstances i have to be honest about their recent subpar care. I came in after my eye was scratched by accident. Having a history of corneal abrasions, I thought the Doctor would atleast prescribe antibiotic drops and a protective contact lense to help healing. Doctor said no evidence of abrasion and that I didn't need antibiotic eye drops. Fast forward several days later and I have pink eye in both eyes, pain, mucus, and crusting. So either I needed antibiotic eye drops to prevent this infection, or I picked up pink eye from contaminated equipment at the office. Either possibility is negligent. Paying $60 to be told I'm fine and not given any sort of preventative treatment, only to develop pink eye after, is not at all what a patient expects after seeing an eye doctor.
