        I was going to visit, but canceled. The blatant or lack of attention to HIPAA privacy is alarming. Obviously, It most probably happened as the next morning there was a meeting to address this. YOU CANNOT ASK SOMEONE TO CONFIRM THEIR SS # IN A PUBLIC DOMAIN. ! This happened to me once while buying a car....walked out, may bring on lawsuit.
