Dont go by the bad reviews!!! Have been here many times service is always excellent. Unfortunately, the ones that complain dont tell the whole story I was witness to one. I Would recommend!!

Great Place and friendly staff, i called before arriving and they walked me through the needed items. once i arrived was greeted and taken care of by Ibis. super friendly and fast was in and out. thank you

You can never communicate, they do not have telephone service, it is very difficult to solve any problem, they have double charged my bank account for the rental of the car, if I need something I have to drive 30 miles to be able to speak with someone from that office. Today they were supposed to charge me the rent and they didn't and now Uber has suspended my account because they removed the car from the account, that has hurt me because I lost a day of work that represents a loss of $250.00 dollars that Avis did not give me going to replace
