Ive been using this company for about a year now! Customer services be a little stressful but if you get a hold of someone who is helpful it makes a difference. But the Miami team has always been here with any issues, I truly appreciate Joe the manager and his team. Thank you for all that yall do, I really do appreciate it!

I was speaking to someone regarding a payment plan and, he hung up the phone while I was trying to understand a situation. Very unprofessional. Every week they charged me about tolls and suddenly they said that I havent paid any tolls yet. They dont know how to treat customers Legal action against this company I used to be a client with them since February 9... I always pay my bills on time... on march 14 they told me the rental car is going to be 420$ instead of 436... however every week they charged me $445, or $450, or $465 because of tolls, on may 10 they charged me $463 and the following week they charged me again 699$ when I did ask them why that amount, they responded me its because you have tolls fees... I tried my best to make arrangement with them, last Friday I paid 100$ for only tolls and the guy told me every Tuesday instead of $420 you are going to pay $520 I said ok.... this Tuesday around 12 pm they asked me to pay immediately 795$ and they turned it off on mebefore disabled a car the contrat said you have to wait 24 hours... if your employees keep working like that in Miami you are going to lose a lot of customers or plenty lawsuits against the CEO

Their service is very unprofessional. A true mom and pops shop. You will have to wait 2 weeks to receive a refund on your deposit They will also try and charge your card on file months after you returned the vehicle without any issues. Stick to the credible and reputable car rental companies.
