Erick and his team have always been amazing. They always make sure that the car is ready and drop is easy as well. Would totally recommend them to anyone who is in need of renting a car

Horrendous customer service at this location, like the worst Ive ever seen. Arrived at 11:55 for a 12pm reservation, doors were locked, and employees actively ignored us for 15 minutes while chit chatting, before shooing us off like animals. Had to pick up car at the airport instead. DO NOT make your reservation at this location.

The manager here is amazing. Best avis I've ever been to. The avis off bird rd and 67th was booked in advance and prepaid. The man there called me 1.5hrs before pickup to say they have no vehicles to rent to me and they knew that since earlier then waited last minimum to call and tell me. I immediately called around and this man at this avis found a way to fix everything and get me a rental quick with 30minutes until closing. He is very organized and works quick with excellent customer assistance. When I returned the vehicle I was 2 minutes late and the door was locked but he said no worries. Best avis in all of miami for real!

Ive been dealing with Avis rental cars for a very long time and pride myself on being a loyal member. Ive rented with Avis all over the United States. This location has been my worse experience thus far. After taking a cab 37 minutes away I was advised there was no cars available and to take a walk until one may come available . After waiting an extra 40 minutes in the hot sun I proceeded to ask for additional help on when I can expect a carwhich was met with unsatisfactory results. The staff are cold and said I couldnt even cancel my reservation even though they dont have any cars available. After making a formal complaint with customer service they were able to cancel. I dont recommend this location. Unhelpful staff that wont lift a finger.
