What a great experience. We booked our family vacation to St. Marteen at a moments notice and needed an affordable rental to get us around the island. Even though we’ve been to the island many times I decided to do a google search for the best car rental that wasn’t a chain branded one. SAX came out on top with the best and most reviews. We took the leap of faith and booked an SUV with them. Their online booking tool worked seamlessly and we received a confirmation of our booking shortly thereafter. Off we went to SXM. Upon arrival we were greeted by a rep from SAX who loaded our bags onto the shuttle and to the office located right next to the airport. You save a few dollars versus the chain branded rental companies located at the airport. While the vehicle we requested was unavailable, we were given a comparable vehicle to get us around. After heading to our hotel with the vehicle I was not comfortable as a personal preference and decided to return for a different model. They totally understood and swapped us into another vehicle that was similar to our own that we use daily. It had all the amenities and feel of our own, namely apple car play. Thank you SAX team. We will be back next year and will be renting again!!

Representative Dwayne was at the airport as we walked outside. Courteous, prompt, took us to the driver who drove us to pick up our rental- which we got to choose the color! Easy check in & out process, affordable clean cars that are perfect for driving around the island! Will definitely go through SAX again on our next visit!
