Alamo Rent A Car - Closed

We got there and it doesn't say anywhere that they are closed!!!! We asked the reception and they told us that they were closed since the pandemic started.. let people know!!!!

I reserved a rental for a jeep at Quebec airport, two months in advance...when we arrived for pick up, there were no jeeps available. They did however provide us with an alternative vehicle. I reserved a convertible car for pickup at the Miami downtown location three months in advance. When we arrived for pick up, we waited 45 minutes before we were told there were no convertibles available, we told the desk we would take any vehicle and they continued to give other people who checked in after us the next vehicles which were becoming available. We complained about what was happening and we were told we would get the next vehicle...it has been over two hours and still no sign of a vehicle. Moral of these stories is Alamo is an extremely unreliable company and we will never rent with them or recommend them to anyone. We are very dissatisfied. Update...Alamo has contacted me and offered a discount for the inconvenience.

I made a reservation a few months ago. They made a reservation for 11 o'clock on thursday, but they waited for four hours. I couldn't do anything. What could I have done? And I got a car at 2:30 p.m. As a result, my schedule was broken and I had to spend extra money on hotel expenses that I didn't think would have been necessary to catch up with my lodgings in a short time. Of course, the cost of the hotel that I had to go to my schedule, which I had booked. It was terrible. The cost of the hotel during that expensive peak season. I haven't heard anything about this before. The plans all collapsed, led to unexpected expenses and ruined the precious vacation. Thank you. No matter who makes a holiday reservation here later, you won't be able to receive the vehicle at your precious time you booked. It'll just be a bulletin board without saying sorry. This was terrible. And I got the car at 2:30 p.m. and it's supposed to be returned at 11:00 p.m. Of course, I made a reservation at 11 a.m. on the day I returned it, but I understand. So why do they give the car at 2:30 p.m. and let it return? Write it down and sign it. I've never made a reservation like that. Anyone who wants to rent this contract must see it before you sign it. The contract they wrote said I was renting a car at 11 a.m. I got it at 2:30 p.m. but... So where was my rental car and what was it doing? I didn't answer it.
