Chase Bank

Went on a Saturday at 10:30 a.m. , wanted to open an account. There was a lady in the lobby greeting and assisting customers, I inquired about opening a savings account, she told me it could not be done I had to call and schedule an appointment, so I left and took my money somewhere else. Since when do you have to schedule an appointment to open an account in a bank? If that's the service you get when taking your money to them, what can be expected when you have an issue?

Albanys Gonzalez in this branch is extremely unprofessional and passive aggressive and the worst part is none of the staff all the way to the top seems to care. Very unpleasant experience and I have been with Chase since it was Washington Mutual.

Went in with my aunt to update are accounts Giselle Dominguez took care of us from the closing the of old accounts to the opening of new ones. She was great at taking care of all are needs. 5- Star's for Giselle, really need more persons like her for customer service.
