I dont post negative public reviews as you can see by my other reviews, but this bird road citibank is the worst ever. I would give the maximum negative stars if I could. Worst service, worst staff and incompetent management. Please stay away from this branch unless you want to be frustrated. No communication or attention to detail is present from any staff. Pathetic all around and gives Citibank a bad reputation. Its incredible that a bank this size is so messed up internally and operationally. Im taking my money and going somewhere where they value clients with respect and integrity. This branch is classless and a complete disappointment.
