The bank in Coral Gables is ok very small place crowded and no space very inconvenient to be there is a crazy bank good luck is not worth going there.

Never a problem when I visit, whether it's a deposit, withdrawal, or just getting some change. Have been with HSBC almost 20 years. Their high On-line Savings return rate has always been exemplary.

Visited this HSBC Premier 3 times. Environment and staff are so bad, I thought I needed to write a review about it. HSBC Premier is an exclusive bank. You need to qualify financially to be Premier. Wherever you go in the world, service at HSBC Premier is perfect. Well this branch is just the opposite. You step in, there is nobody, no clients, just a few staff waiting for the end of the day. First time, there was a terrible Mc Donald's food smell all over. The staff were having their breakfast. They even were continuing to have breakfast while I was being serviced. Not only, the smell was terrible, but not even a Hello, not looking at you in the eyes, staff were talking to each other. I banked in my check and left & felt sorry for HSBC to be so badly represented. The 2 other times I visited, no more junk food smell. Just lazy rude staff! The staff serving me, had his Dunkin' Donuts bag on top of his desk and was still burping whatever he just ate. He might have burped 5 times when servicing me (max 3 minutes interaction). Lazy to a point he could not even write my bank account into the slip for me. He had me do it talking to me like I was an idiot and telling me this is like that at HSBC :-( No Hello, No Bye Bye, what a disappointment.
