Stay away from this branch if you don't wanna be treated like an object. Customer service is extremely bad.
I am a Region's member with business accounts, and I use a product that Regions has for business in the past. I came for the same product, and the first offer was a lender out of Regions. (Ascentum Capital) was the first option they gave to me without giving me the requirements to qualify, and after I receive an inquiry in my credit report without success, the agent of this branch told me he didn't know what was the requirements for Ascentium Cap to be approved After my credit was hurt, they offered me the option of the product I was looking for.
Another agent helped me and filled out the application, saying he would notify me within 24 to 48 hours. Of course, I received a second inquiry in my credit report, and 4 days later, I haven't received any news from the second Region's agent.
You guys don't deserve even a star

September of 2023 I had to deposit a 100$ bill with the teller at my local regions branch not because it was fake ( they used the machine at the branch to make sure it wasnt fake) but because it was to old and had to be sent to the federal bank and then credited into my account now feb 2024 and still no answers I call the branch ( Yovani answered the call) they tell me they will give me a call back 15 days later still waiting on the phone call today I called asked to speak to a manager and the manager does the same thing. I dont not recommend this bank to absolutely no1 I gave it 1 star review because I couldnt give it 0. At this point its no longer about the 100 dollars its about how at this particular branch they lie to customers right in their face and on the phone.
