        I don't recommend this place and the manager Vera , the customer service is terrible , they analyze you from head to toe with an air of disrespect , they closed my company account for no reason , do not put your money in that bank,

        I've been banking with bbt now Truist For over 15 years. I've dealt with many different banks but BB&T for me has always been my favorite. However this branch I would recommend going to unless you have a lot of time. They greet you and then a person in the room comes out and greets you again. Some people may like this but sometimes you just want to get it done and go. Even if your the only one there it still takes on average 20 min for anything. Save your time and go to another location.

        With one word...after the merger with Suntrust nothing but problems. My employer tried to deposit my paycheck which was refused. I will close my account and move to another bank. Tried to speak to a person. One hour in line without getting through. Tried their online chat. No success. What a scam of a bank. Don't bring your hard earned cash to them.

        A new, small bank branch office in the spot where BB&T used to be. Still seem to be getting organized. The ATM is convenient and well-maintained.
