I have live here for more than a year now so I believe the review is more than honest. Shot out to Valeria, which was the my leasing agent, she is incredible, and the maintenance/build keep building the are always nice. But they recently change manager and is not being a nice experience since the last manager left, the building has been declining the walls look more dirty in my floor and services is not up to par from where I first move, the fire alarm goes off weekly twice or more days at up times in the night also which is a really annoying situation especially if you have pets. Other than is a nice building close to anything and very nice. The water get charge by a third company which is really annoying because they bill on the 15th of each month but doesn't get post by the end of the 2-3 day of the month so they send you a letter like you are late when I actually pay my rent even the first of the month hit.
