Frances was truly AMAZING, she was super friendly, easy to talk to and really listened to me. I wish I could run into more people like her in management, she is a great person to have! Happy with the help I was provided with, 11/10 experience.

Overall, I love this place! Fantastic gym for an apartment complex. It's one of only two apartment complexes in Brickell/DT which has a jacuzzi to my awareness. Lots of community space indoors and outdoors. Great views if you’re in the right part of the building & from the pool deck. This is a very social building. I’ve made many friends here. If living in a social environment is important to you this is where you want to live, full stop. While living here the building was sold to Greystar. I'm happy with my experiences with Frances. She seems competent and organized and is super friendly. She's resolved the couple issues I've had promptly.
