The property manager Irys is amazing and collaborator. The building has an incredible security and camera system. everything is kept clean. good job Irys.

No one cleans this property all around. properly there garbage everywhere Everything seems cheap material. The air system is very poor. And can cause harm .We don't have security and management is never here for anything There is no one to contact for anything and it'dropping in value. Rent is to high and it's becoming more like a college dorm. We had a flood a few month ago and the cleaning and repairs for the damage were basically done by rookies or at least cheap company we still have water damage and yet nothing has been resolved Please ask all the right questions they don't care about fixing and charge your for every single thing regardless the contract I have lots of photos to prove, but am only allowed 5 photos...

Terrible administration,,, not to mention the cleanliness,, the elevators with urine and dog poop, the maintenance is super bad,,, I do not recommend renting in this place,,, starting with the customer service, the person in charge is completely unfriendly,, , I I am going after 2 years living without problems, they did not renew my service because I complained about the terrible service that the new administration is offering,,,

Building itself is pretty nice. This review is a reflection of the poor service and care provided by the new owners and property management company. 1. Unreasonable rent hikes, forcing many families out on the street. 2. hidden fees and shady practices. 3. Poor maintenance response time, and repair logic aimed at saving a quick buck without addressing roots of problems. 4. Poorly written emails and building updates, seriously seem written by a fifth grader (appear menacing but they are actually hilarious). Doubt the new owners will last in the long term, but after two years my hopes are tainted. Moving out and not looking back.
