Terrible! He told me that if I was not a resident I could not open an account here and I was able to open the account online if you don't like working, look for another job.

Just went to the branch and Erick was extremely helpful. Took car of our issue in minutes. Great to know there is still great customer service on some places.

Terrible customer service called last Monday to ask about opening a business account and was told to come in no problem. Arrived at 9 am this morning waited a while to be acknowledged person who greeted me said needed appointment I told her about my call to the branch didnt care not interested in finding solution have 3 private service accounts in this bank. After telling her I had appointment in Fort Lauderdale and could not wait did not listen just offer an appointment at 1pm. With no other options. Walked out never will return.
