Nice location and staff. Only thing disappointing - the room advertised as ocean view but there wasnt great ocean view at all.

Absolutely loved the location and the incredible people working on site. Room was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative I would say is the not having free coffee for the room. If you use more than two pods you will be charged extra. Please consider changing this item.
I did read reviews prior to coming and had some concerns but was beyond impressed with all the staff and accommodations.

Great location, but if you want a room with working air conditioning in 80 degree Miami beach, or you want hotel staff to be minimally concerned about getting it working, don't stay here.
I stayed here twice, first on March 31 then again April 5. On March 31, my air conditioner wasn't working, I called down and a few hours later a technician came, he pushed one button on the thermostat and said it was fixed, and a 6 degree increase in temperature the rest of the night followed.
I complained in the morning as I was returning the following week and was told it would be fixed
Arrived today, room was 71 degrees. Air conditioner was set to 71, but 2 hours later room temperature was 75. After trying to reach front desk for 45 minutes, I went down to ask if they can send the technician and mentioned that I raised this last week, and the woman at front desk just repeatedly issued a condescending smile and kept repeating that she'll send someone when they can. I asked if she could say when, to which she said, "when I can."
After 3 times repeating "when I can" with a condescending smile, I gave up and returned to the room.
For over $600 per night, in plus up degree weather I'd hope for working air conditioning.
Buyer beware with this place.

The room was lovely, as was the location.
Unfortunately, the service was sub par. The front desk never answers the phone (when I first noticed items were missing from the mini bar and when trying to resolve an issue of being charged for things I did not use.)
Upon check in, I told the front desk multiple times that items were missing from mini bar. The lady at the front desk said she made a note on my account and told me that the cleaning service had already left, so there wasn't anything she could do to restock items (and that I would be charged for missing items if I didn't talk to someone.) When checking out, I talked to the lady at the front desk and explained this again and she said she understood. I was still charged $64 for items I did not use.
