It is a different hotel.... The room good. It has a minibar, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is an iron and ironing board. The bathroom very good. It has a hair dryer. Housekeeping does not run until you leave the room. At least during my 4 nights they never were. Very well located, 50 meters from Lincoln Rd on Washington. Close to several food businesses. There is towel service for the beach and you can request 2 free lounge chairs per room at the beach. Does not include umbrella (cost 20d per day) Recommended

Boutique hotel located in the center of Miami Beach, very close to South Beach. It does not have great luxuries but the rooms are modern, beautiful and clean. A negative point is that breakfast is served in the lobby because there is no restaurant but it does not cause a big problem. It is a nice hotel to rest and be in the center of the city!

The attention is not good at all . If you are planning to send package we aware that they can lose it and when that happen you wont received the proper attention from the staff . They keep saying will ask the staff call back later and thats the only answered I got so far. A photo from FedEx was sent showing that packages were there at the front desk but they dont seem to find it. Disappointed! I was a usual user.

Stayed with my husband who primarily uses a wheelchair. First noticed the elevator is tiny, like hilariously small. Had to take the legs off his chair and jostle it around to fit. The room was very nice and comfortable. Booked an accessible room, the bathroom was big and the shower had a nice bench and two options for shower heads (one fixed in the ceiling and one removable) The first night we couldn't get the removable shower head to work, maintenance was quick to get there and fix it. Location is great, off the main strip so not very loud but very close to beach and ocean drive.
