The staff is super helpful and professional. Alma was great, warm and kind with me the time I visited the Miami Beach branch. This bank and their staff truly cares about their customers and their financial well being.

This branch has some of the most professional people working behind its doors. They make everything so easy and treat you like family. Alma helped me open a business line of credit . She made it seem so effortless, I was in and out without any headaches. Her manager also helped out and he was very attentive to everyone walking in the building. I would recommend this branch to anybody wanting an account from a simple account to any business account or loan 100% satisfactory 5stars

Came in today for the first time after signing up and wow am I impressed. I was treated greatly by the staff and even offered some cafecito. Cristian was the name of the young man that helped me and I cant put into words the great customer service he provided. Overall a great experience!
