        Citigold customer here for several years. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE at this branch. If you go there to speak to manager, they will tell you have to make an appointment. On Citibank website this branch is not even listed, so how can I make an appointment? And when I call Citigold over the phone they tell me there is nothing they can do! I am in an infinite terrible customer service loop!
