        This place sucks! I am unhappy costumer. I was just there 4/3/2024 . 11:25 am. Both ATM not working. I tried to withdraw money from my checking account with at teller. Chip Card reader did not work, They said I was unable to withdraw money because I did not have my phone with me. I showed my ID and ATM card , they said no. Unable to withdraw money from my account because card could not read by the reader and would need my phone to verify. I do not recommed this bank . No one person from the staff bothered to assist and keep a costumer happy.

        Supervisor very unprofessional she did not try to to help resolve my problem at all .. no customer service told me Im unable to get a card never have an issue getting a card while going inside of td bank smh.. feel like shes Racist she took her time to help another customer
