Like most people, I solicited a number of roofing companies for estimates to replace our roof. Not only was JT Roofing the lowest bidder, I was particularly impressed with the presentation by Ed Fadden. I felt comfortable that the work would be done correctly, and with quality workmanship. My belief was confirmed when the work was completed. The roofing crew completed the removal and reinstallation in two days, and I was pleased with the outcome. A short time later, I noticed a shingle that was lifted (apparently done by the contractor that installed the gutters). On a Sunday, I texted Ed and asked if he would send someone out to fix it. To my surprise, I received a quick reply and a member of the roofing crew arrived that same day to fix the shingle. That's impressive service!

From the first sales call through completion of the roof, the company and crew did a terrific job. Ed kept us informed throughout the project, made sure the project was done in a timely manner and helped the crew as needed.

After a major hailstorm ravaged the Melbourne/Palm Bay, Florida community in April of 2023 we had no idea how much damage we had to our 6-year-old roof. After multiple homes in the area were being replaced, we reached out to JT Roofing for an inspection/estimate and were shocked at the damage from this storm. Thomas came out and was able to provide a quote the same day and kept in touch with me throughout the entire ordeal. I cant say enough positive things about Nick & Thomas Nick explained the entire roofing process from our insurance claim to the first new shingle being nailed. JTs roofing crew arrived on time along with Thomas & Nick who stayed onsite to oversee the start of demolition until completion. I appreciated that my roof was complete in ONE day and the worksite was left exceptionally clean. Nick & Thomas are very professional, friendly, and super punctual responding to any questions I had; they both really made this a seamless transition. I have recommended JT Roofing to several family & friends, and they have already accommodated them with new, safe and beautiful roofs. Making our community look new again! You guys rock!
